Fuel surcharge
Maxtrans introduced a fuel surcharge on all shipments, effective January 1, 2008. The surcharge is a percentage charge, and is pegged to the current SCB (http://www.scb.se) Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is adjusted one (1) time per month. Maxtrans posts the current fuel surcharge here on the website.
